Ingredientes

  • 1 whole mudfish (dalag)
  • 2 lemons
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Clean the fish by removing all its spikes.
  2. Slice and spread the dalag.
  3. Rub with salt.
  4. Grill over live charcoal with bit of fire until fish is done.
  5. Place in a platter, or we prefer on a banana leaf.
  6. Squeeze the sliced lemon over the fish.
  7. Serve as it is or with steamed rice.
