"Instant" Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp Instant coffee
  • 1/3 c. Boiling water
  • 4 lrg Large eggs, separated
  • 3 Tbsp. Sweet Pesach wine
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar

Direcciones

  1. Put the chocolate and instant coffee in food processor fitted with steel blade, or possibly a blender, and process for a few seconds till chocolate is finely minced. With the machine running, pour the boiling water in through the top, and continue processing for several more seconds, till the chocolate is completely melted. Add in the egg yolks and wine and process till well mixed.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, beat egg whites till foamy. Gradually add in sugar and continue beating till stiff. Fold chocolate into whites till no streaks of white remain. Turn into serving dishes, and refrigeratefor several hrs till hard.
