  • 1 tsp Low-calorie margarine
  • 1/4 c. Minced white onion
  • 1/2 c. Leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 c. Low-fat low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2/3 c. Nonfat lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Dry chives

Direcciones

  1. Combine the flour and margarine in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a whisk to make smooth. Add in the onions and stir for 1 minute.
  2. Alternately add in the potatoes and broth till thick and sticky. Slowly whisk the lowfat milk into the mix till smooth.
