Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Walleye, perch or possibly pike fillets
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Potato chips, crushed
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Dry thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, melted

Direcciones

  1. Cut fish into serving-size pcs. Place lowfat milk in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine potato chips, Parmesan cheese and thyme. Dip fish in lowfat milk, then coat with the potato chip mix. Sprinkle a greased 8" square baking dish with bread crumbs. Place fish over crumbs; drizzle with butter.
  2. Bake, uncovered at 500 for 12-14 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
