Ingredientes

  • Nonstick spray
  • 1 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1/4 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp (heaping) baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 c. Veg. oil

Direcciones

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Use a pan with a nonstick surface or possibly apply a little nonstick spray. In a blender or possibly with a mixer, combine all of the remaining ingredients till smooth. Pour the batter by spoonfuls into the warm pan, forming 5-inch circles. When the edges appear to harden, flip the pancakes. They should be light brown. Cook on the other side for same amount of time, till light brown.
