Irish Cream Frozen Yogurt

Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin
  • 3 ounce Semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely minced
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1 c. Plain lowfat yogurt stirred
  • 1 x Egg white
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 1/3 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. In small saucepan, combine 2 tb water and gelatin: let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat till gelatin dissolves; set aside. In med saucepan, combine chocolate, lowfat milk, corn syrup and sugar. Cook and whisk over low heat till mix is smooth. Stir in dissolved gelatin mix; cold. Add in Irish Cream and yogurt. Beat egg white, 1/3 c. water and non-fat dry lowfat milk till stiff but not dry. Fold into yogurt mix. Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions; or possibly follow refrigerator-freezer instructions previously posted.
