- Mix flour and salt together. Slowly add in hot water. Roll out onto a floured board to 1/4-inch thick. Cut into triangles.
- Cook on a non-stick pan or possibly griddle till golden brown on both sides. Dry out in a 300F oven till crisp.
- These cakes are eaten buttered as a snack or possibly with dinner.
