Ingredientes

  • 4 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Steel-cut Oats (Irish Oats)
  • 4 tsp Brown Sugar

  1. Prep time: 5 min
  2. Cook time: 30 min
  3. In a medium suacepan over medium-high heat, combine the water and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil. Gradually add in the oats, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and simmer. Stir frequently til water is absorbed and oats creamy, about 30 min. Divide cooked oats into 4 bowls. Sprinkle 1 tsp. of brown sugar on each bowl of oats. Serve immediately.
