- In mixing bowl, put together flour, baking pwdr, salt, and sugar. In another bowl, put together large eggs, lowfat milk, and oil. Stir into dry mix. Add in more lowfat milk to make a thin batter. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into lightly oiled frying pan. Brown; turn and brown other side. Makes about 12-15 cakes.NOTE: Pancakes should be about 6 inches in diameter and very thin when done, almost like a crepe. Sprinkle with lemon juice and powdered sugar. Roll in cone shape. Serve immediately.
