Receta Irresistible Apple Pie with Crescent Roll Crust
This apple pie is unbelievably mouth watering and so easy to make. The crescent rolls make a nice puffy crust. Everyone asks me to make it for all our holiday dinners.

- Preheat oven to 350 for metal dish or 325 for glass dish using a 9 x 13 dish.
- Using 2 cans of the crescent rolls, lay out into dish and press on bottom and up the sides to form a crust.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to taste.
- Mix softened cream cheese until smooth, 2 minutes.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Add sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- Add apple pie filling and mix until the apples are the size you want or stir in straight from the can if you like large pieces.
- Pour filling into crust.
- Using 1 can of crescent rolls, lay on top of filling in strips or whatever design you like. It does not have to be pressed together.
- Sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar to taste.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until center is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Let cool.
- Glaze
- Mix milk with 1/2 cup powdered sugar and drizzle atop cooled pie.
- This can be made a couple of days ahead and covered in the refrigerator. Reheat to eat. Eat with Ice cream topping, whipped cream topping or as is.
