Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce cream cheese cut in bits
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce fettuccine cooked, liquid removed

Direcciones

  1. In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and lowfat milk, stirring constantly till smooth. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings. Leftovers freeze well.
