Italian Anise Slices

Ingredientes

  • 6 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp anise Beat all together. Add in
  • 3 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 6 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds

Direcciones

  1. Knead to make a stiff dough, if more flour is needed add in a little more.
  2. Roll in 1 inch circle forms.
  3. Place on a cookie sheet and press lightly.
  4. Bake in 375 degree oven till light brown. Remove and wait 5 min before slicing. Then return to oven to toast.
  5. Bill's & John's favorite cookie.
  6. Not to sweet & good with coffee.
