Italian Anise Toast

Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Anise seed
  • 1 c. Flour

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 375. Grease & flour 9*5*3" loaf pan. Beat Large eggs & sugar.
  2. Add in seeds. Fold in flour. Bake in pan for 20 min. remove from pan & cut into 16 1/2" thick slices. Place slices on greased baking sheet; bake 5 min or possibly till bottoms are browned; turn & bake 5 min more. Serve with ice cream on top.
