Ingredientes

  • 100 gm lettuce, mixed
  • 1 x tomatoes
  • 200 gm sardines, tinned
  • 4 x artichoke hearts
  • 4 slc mortadella
  • 12 x olives, black
  • 4 slc ham
  • 4 slc salami
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. capers
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 x anchovy fillets
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice salt, pepper

Direcciones

  1. Hard boil Large eggs, ten min.
  2. Cut tomatoes into wedges.
  3. Line a large plate with lettuce leaves.
  4. Decoratively arrange ingredients around the plate in colourful groups. Sprinkle with capers and finely minced parsley.
  5. Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.
  6. Drizzle over dressing and serve immediately.
  7. Quick, easy and colourful.
