Ingredientes

  • 1 jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
  • 2 lb Beef Stew Meat, cubed
  • 4 med Carrots
  • 1 c. Water
  • 4 med Potatoes
  • 2 med Onions Oil, for cooking
  • 1 x Beef Bouillon Cubes

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat in oil. Add in sauce and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Cut into quarters.
  3. Dissolve beef bouillon cube in water.
  4. Add in water and vegetables to stew. Cover and simmer for 30 min more.
