Ingredientes

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x onion finely minced
  • 1 x carrot finely minced
  • 1 x celery stalk finely minced
  • 2 x garlic cloves finely minced
  • 8 ounce grnd beef
  • 6 ounce Italian sausage casing removed
  • 1 c. red wine
  • 18 ounce canned minced tomatoes crushed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp minced fresh sage
  • 12 ounce dry fettuccine

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in a large pan. Add in celery, carrot, onion, garlic, and cook gently about 5 min. Add in the meat, cook 10 min over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Deglaze pan with wine, let reduce. Add in tomatoes and remaining ingredients, simmer slowly about 1 hour.
  3. Cook the pasta, drain, toss with sauce.
