  • 6 x fresh basil leaves - (to 8) minced
  • 8 slc crusty bread
  • 2 x garlic cloves - (to 3)
  • 6 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Chop tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, minced basil, and oil. Grill bread, brush or possibly rub with garlic and top with tomato mix.
