Ingredientes

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 sm onion extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 can tomatoes (or possibly more)
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar salt

Direcciones

  1. Brown cabbage and 1 small onion, minced in a little extra virgin olive oil or possibly spray of pam. Add in 2 or possibly more cans of tomatoes, 2 Tablespoons wine vinegar, 2 teaspoon sugar and salt to taste
  2. (can use fresh tomatoes in season, so would take more salt) Cook together till cabbage is done the way you like it. It is good served cool or possibly re-heated in the microwave. I made it for Easter dinner and everyone loved it.
