Ingredientes

  • 2 T sesame seed
  • 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 c. bread flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 ounce (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened

Direcciones

  1. Generously grease 12 cup fluted tube or possibly 10 inch tube pan; sprinkle with sesame seed. Lightly spoon flour in measuring cup; level off. In large bowl put together 2 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast, blend well. In small sauce pan heat water, lowfat milk and 1/2 cup butter till very warm (120 to 130 degrees), add in warm liquid and large eggs to flour mix. Blend at low speed till moistened; beat 3 min at medium speed. By hand stir in remaining flour to create stiff batter. In small bowl put together all filling; mix well. Spoon half of batter into prepared pan; spoon filling evenly over batter to within 1/2 inch of sides of pan. Spoon remaining batter over filling. Cover; let rise in warm place (80 to 85 degrees) till light and double in size, about 30 min. Heat oven to 350; bake 30 to 40 min or possibly till golden and bread sounds hollow when lightly taped. Remove from pan immediately; serve warm or possibly cool.Variation: Can add in 3/4 pound of crumbled cooked sausage to filling.
