Ingredientes

  • 1 med Frying Chicken
  • 9 ounce Onions Extra virgin olive oil Italian white wine
  • 8 ounce Fresh Mushrooms
  • 3 med Tomatoes Salt & Pepper to taste Parsley, minced
  • 3 x Potatoes

Direcciones

  1. Peel onions and cut into thin rings. Grease a casserole dish with oliveoil. Fry the onions in it until they are golden. Skin and debone the chicken, cut the meat in pcs and brown with the mushrooms in casserole. Pour white wine over all, until covered. Peel tomatoes and cut into 8 pcs each,season with fresh grnd pepper.
  2. Peel and cut potatoes in 8 pcs each and add in to the casserole. Let it simmer, over medium heat for about 30 min. Garnish with fresh minced parsley.
