Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt Italian spaghetti seasoning mix
  • 1 lb Boneless chicken breasts, skinned
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Green pepper, minced
  • 2/3 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste Pita breads, warmed Mozzarella or possibly Parmesan, grated

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken into bite-size pcs. In skillet, heat oil and brown chicken.
  2. Stir in Spaghetti Seasoning, bell pepper, water and tomato paste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1-3 min or possibly till thickened, stirring occasionally. Cut each pita bread in half. Fill pockets with chicken mix and top with grated cheese.
