Ingredientes

  • 1 stk margarine
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 x egg yolks
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts, minced
  • 1 can coconut
  • 5 x egg whites, beaten stiff
  • 1/2 stk margarine
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Cream margarine and Crisco. Add in sugar, then Large eggs; combine flour and soda, add in to mix alternately with lowfat milk. Stir in nuts, vanilla, and coconut.
  2. Mix in egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
