Ingredientes

  • 1 stk margarine
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 5 x Large eggs, separated
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 sm can coconut
  • 1 stk margarine
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. nuts

Direcciones

  1. Cream margarine, sugar and egg yolks. Sift flour and baking soda.
  2. Alternate the flour mix and buttermilk. Add in vanilla, nuts and coconut.
  3. Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mix. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Cold.
  4. Frosting:Cream margarine and cheese; add in remaining ingredients and beat till smooth.
