Ingredientes

  • Water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 pound Ricotta
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Mini chocolate chips

Direcciones

  1. Boil 1 cup water with 1 stick butter till melted. Take off heat and add in 1 cup flour. Mix with spoon till it forms a ball. Add in 4 large eggs, one at a time, beating with spoon after each till smooth. Drop by full tsp on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 min till golden brown. Remove. Cool. Slit in half.Filling: Beat 1 lb Ricotta with 1/2 cup sugar. Add in 1 tsp vanilla and chocolate chips. Fill puffs and dust with confectioners' sugar.
