Ingredientes

  • 12 c. all-purpose flour
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr zest from 1 1/2 lemons, minced to finish lowfat milk granulated sugar colored sprinkles

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place flour in a mound on a board. Create a well in the center. Using a fork or possibly your fingers, like when you make pasta, mix the flour with the liquid ingredients alternating with the dry ingredients. Once all the ingredients are mixed in knead the dough till smooth. Divide into 4 equal parts, roll into logs and then into coils
  2. (like cinnamon rolls). Brush the tops lightly with the lowfat milk. Sprinkle with a little sugar and lots of sprinkles. Bake about 40 min or possibly till lightly golden.
