Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. sausage
  • 2 c. cubed ham
  • 1/4 pound grated cheese
  • 1 stick pepperoni
  • 2 lbs. Ricotta
  • 7 hard boiled large eggs
  • 9 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • Parsley
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. hot water
  • 1/4 pound Crisco (equals 1 1/2 c.)

Direcciones

  1. Boil sausage and pepperoni together, then remove skin and cut into small pcs. Cut ham in small cubes and add in to sausage. Add in Ricotta, grated cheese, black pepper, parsley and large eggs.Note: Mix Ricotta with 2 large eggs, parsley, salt and pepper and Mozzarella cheese.
  2. Make dough to fit lasagna pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
