Receta Italian Five Grains Lemon Salad
I have been exploring World Market quite a bit lately. I love to find new and unusual items. Whether it’s a cute plate or an interesting food item, I always have fun shopping there.
This time I was actually looking to buy Bulgar, when I stumbled upon this package of 5 grains.
Next thing I know I made a great cold Italian Five Grains Lemon Salad.

I loved the lemon flavor with the 5 grains. Oh, you probably want to know what 5 grains are in this mixture. They are Spelt, Farro, Durham Wheat, Rice and Whole Grain Oats .
I know that you can make this recipe with any of the above combinations. So if you can’t find the Italian Five Grains anywhere near you, then just make your own combination of grains.
Such a delicious nutty flavor and a great switch from a green salad.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
