Ingredientes

  • 2 c. torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 c. torn escarole
  • 1 c. torn radicchio
  • 1 c. torn red-leaf lettuce
  • 1/4 c. minced scallions
  • 1/2 x red pepper sliced into rings
  • 1/2 x green pepper sliced into rings
  • 12 x cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. grapeseed oil (or possibly substitute extra virgin olive oil, if necessary)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped basil
  • 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl, making sure leaves are dry.
  2. Whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and serve immediately.
