Ingredientes

  • 3 ounce spaghetti cooked al dente
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 2/3 c. part skim ricotta cheese
  • 6 ounce extra lean grnd beef
  • 2 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion minced
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. red bell pepper minced
  • 1/2 c. green bell pepper minced
  • 1/2 c. carrot minced
  • 1 can low-sodium tomatoes (8 ounce)
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 4 ounce mozzarella cheese shredded

Direcciones

  1. Put mix of firstE3 ingredients into a 9" deep dish pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread with ricotta cheese. Brown grnd beef, garlic and onion in extra virgin olive oil in skillet, stirring frequently. Add in bell peppers and carrot. Cook for 2 min or possibly till tender. Add in tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook till bubbly, stirring often. Spoon over ricotta cheese. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350F for 20 min or possibly till brown. Let stand for 5 min before serving.
