Ingredientes

  • 4 ounce low-fat cream cheese or possibly mashed silken tofu
  • 1/4 c. minced black olives
  • 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
  • 10 x inch round packaged flatbread, up to 12 inch Or possibly pizza crust--plain or possibly cheese
  • 2 med tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 med green bell pepper seeded and sliced into rings
  • 1 med red bell pepper seeded and sliced into rings
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

  2. This pizza appetizer is quick and easy because it starts with a prepared Italian flatbread crust. Look for it in your supermarket deli section.
  3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  4. In small bowl, combine cream cheese or possibly tofu, olives and Italian seasoning.
  5. Spread over pizza crust. Top with tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms. Bake on rack or possibly baking sheet 8 to 10 min. Cut into wedges and serve.
