Ingredientes
2 lb Boneless pork roast (up to 4)
3 Tbsp. Dill seed
1 Tbsp. Fennel seed
1 tsp Oregano (dry)
1 tsp Basil (dry)
1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Paprika
Direcciones
Combine seasonings together and coat roast with the mix. Roast in a shallow pan at 325F for 45 min to 1 hour. Let roast rest 5 - 10 min before carving.
