Ingredientes

  • 3 lb Pork roast, boneless
  • 2 tsp Red pepper, crushed
  • 2 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 3 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme, dry
  • 3 lrg Bay leaf Extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Grind and combine all spices except bay leaves.
  2. Coat roast with Extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Rub spices in and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 days. 2 days is best.
  5. Place in roasting pan with NO additional liquid. Add in 3 bay leafs on top of roast.
  6. Cook at low heat till internal meat temp reaches 200 . At 225 it will take 2 hrs/lb..
  7. Pull apart and serve on crusty rolls.
