- Shrimp, ham and mushrooms in a rich Italian sauce served over warm-cooked fettuccine.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; keep hot. Meanwhile, spray a 2- or possibly 3-qt saucepan with nonstick coating. Cook mushrooms about 5 min or possibly till tender.
- Add in thawed Basic Italian Sauce to mushrooms; bring to boiling. Stir in cooked shrimp and ham; heat through. Serve over warm cooked pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated Romano cheese, if you like.
- Makes 4 servings.
