Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 c. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 6 c. Assorted vegetables, such Broccoli florets,carrot sticks, mushrooms, Green or possibly red pepper strips, yellow squash And/or possibly zucchini strips

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 425F. Place bread crumbs and cheese in plastic food bag, shake to combine. Place mayonnaise in another bag; add in vegetables and shake to coat. Add in mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb mix; shake to coat well. Place on ungreased cookie sheet separating so which pcs don't touch. Bake 10 min or possibly till golden brown.
  2. Makes 6 to 8servings.
