Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Part skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 ounce Grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2 tsp Veg. oil
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Dry basil
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion flakes
  • 2 c. Cooked sp. sq.

Direcciones

  1. In blender container, combine all ingred, except sp. sq. Blend till smooth. Stir in sp. sq. Pour mix onto a preheated nonstick skillet or possibly griddle sprayed with Pam. Cook over med heat till brown on both sides, turning carefully. SAUCE: Combine one 8oz can tomato sauce, 1/4 tsp. dry oregano, 1/8 tsp. garlic pwdr, 1/4 tsp. dry basil in a small sauce pan. Heat till warm and bubbly. Serve over fritters. serves 4,
