Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt Cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Skim lowfat milk
  • 3 pkt Frzn spinach, minced, thawed, dry
  • 1 can Artichoke hearts, plain, cut in 1" pcs

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place first 5 ingredients in a microwave and oven-proof dish with lid.
  3. Heat in microwave for one minute increments till all ingredients are easily incorporated.
  4. Once this is done, mix the spinach and artichoke heart pcs into the cheese mix. Bake 50 min covered, the 10 min uncovered.
