Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound lg. mushrooms (fresh)
  • 3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. grated Romano or possibly Parmesan cheese
  • Bottled Italian dressing

Direcciones

  1. Wipe mushroom caps clean and remove stem. Dice stems. Add in bread crumbs and cheese. Mix well. Moisten with salad dressing. The crumbs need to be wet. Put mix into mushroom caps. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 min. Can be done in a microwave sealed with clear plastic wrap.
