Ingredientes

  • 8 lrg mushrooms cleaned, hollowed, stems and scrapings saved and minced
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 x garlic cloves chopped
  • 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. minced liquid removed clams Extra virgin olive oil as needed

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients (except mushrooms), including stem mix together. Fill inside of each cap with mix. Arrange in pan and add in 1/2-inch water to pan.
  2. Drizzle each mushroom with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 min. Serve warm. Reheats very well.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
