Italian Style Chicken Marsala

Ingredientes

  • 4 x chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless, pounded to
  • 1/4 x " thickness
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 4 Tbsp. Oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Butter/margarine
  • 1 c. Fresh mushrooms, slice
  • 1/2 c. Marsala wine

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and oregano and blend well. Heat the oil and butter in a skillet till bubbling lightly. Dredge the chicken in the flour and shake off the excess. Cook the chicken on medium heat for about 2 min on the first side, till lightly brown. As you turn the breasts to the second side to cook, add in the mushrooms around the chicken pcs.
  2. Cook about 2 more min, till lightly browned on the second side. Stir the mushrooms. When the second side is lightly browned, add in the wine around the pcs, cover the pan and simmer for about 10 min.
  3. Serves 4.
