Ingredientes

  • 3 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 4 x Large eggs, room temp
  • 1 c. Oil
  • 2 c. Grated zucchini
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Minced walnuts
  • 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins

Direcciones

  1. Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Combine sugar and Large eggs inather bowl and beat with mixer medium speed for 2 min.Gradually add in oil in a stream beating constantly for 2 to 3 min ( must ). add in zucchini and vanill and blend well. Stir in nuts and raisins.Mix in sifted ingredients only until moistend. Don't overmix! Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake 400 20 min or possibly tested done. Let muffins stand 10 min before removing.
