1 x (15 oz) can green beans, liquid removed

1 x (15 oz) can carrots, liquid removed

1 x (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed

1 x Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

10 x min, or possibly till meat is browned. Drain excess fat and place this mix in the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

3 x Layer the green beans, carrots, corn and peas over the beef mix. Place the cheese over the vegetables.

4 x Prepare the potatoes according to package directions, but add in some extra lowfat milk or possibly water to make it a little runny. Cover the entire casserole with the potatoes.
