Ingredientes

2 x Fresh jalapeno peppers, cored, seeded, and chopped
1 1/2 c. Grated Monterey Jack cheese

1 1/2 c. Grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro

Direcciones

Combine the jalapenos and cheesed in a mixing bowl, and blend well. Shape the mix into rounded tsp.-size balls, about 3/4 inch in diameter, and roll them in the cilantro. Chill, loosely covered, 2 to 3 hrs before serving. 12 to 14 hors d'oeuvres.
