Jalapeno Honey Tartar Sauce

Ingredientes

1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon or possibly pommery mustard
2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
2 Tbsp. chopped seeded jalapeno

2 Tbsp. minced dill pickle
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. honey

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Comments: The mix of peppers and honey gives this tartar gentle authority which will please even the most cautious palates. (Of course, you can always add in more jalapenos!)
