Jalapeno Pasta With Alfredo Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Cream cheese or possibly free cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Margarine or possibly butter substitute, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, fresh or possibly flakes
  • 1 tsp Basil, fresh or possibly flakes
  • 2/3 c. Boiling water
  • 1 pkt (8-10 ounce) jalapeno pasta or possibly other flavor
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. Grated parmesan or possibly romano, divided
  • 1 c. Artichoke hearts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Beat cream cheese and 1/4 c. margarine on low speed of mixer till blended. Add in parsley and basil; mix well. Add in boiling water and beat till mix is smooth. Cook pasta according to directions; drain well and set aside. Saute/fry garlic in rest of butter. Combine garlic and pasta and toss gently. Add in cream cheese mix and 1/2-c. cheese; toss gently. Add in artichoke hearts. Place in serving dish and sprinkle with 1/4-c. cheese.
