Ingredientes

  • Crepes (see recipe)
  • 1/4 x cupseedless berry jam - (to 1/2)
  • 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar Juice from 1 lemon - (2 to 3 tbspns)
  • 2 Tbsp. orange-flavor liqueur - (to 3)

Direcciones

  1. One at a time, lay 1 recipe's worth of crepes light brown side up. Spoon 1 to 2 tsp. seedless berry jam down the center of each crepe, then roll to enclose jam. Lay crepes side by side, seams down, in a shallow 8- by 12-inch casserole.
  2. Bake in a 350 degree oven till crepes are hot, 5 to 7 min. Or possibly heat in a microwave-safe container in a microwave oven at full power (100%) for 2 to 3 min.
  3. Dust crepes with powdered sugar, and squeeze juice from 1 lemon over them. If you like, also moisten crepes with 2 to 3 Tbsp. orange-flavor liqueur.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
