  • 4 cups unsweetened frozen strawberies
  • 2 cups sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon

  1. put the berries in a large bowl with the sugar and let them defrost and get juice. Put the berry mixture in a pot and bring to a boil. Lower the heat to a strong simmer and add the lemon juice. Attach a candy therm to the pot and cook until the mixture reaches 225 degrees, about 30 minutes. Let cool, then pour into a glass jar and refrigerate
