Ingredientes

  • 8 med lamb chops, trimmed
  • 1 can Sliced peaches or possibly apricots Del Monte Lite (16oz can)
  • 2 tsp Instant coffee crystals
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley Dash pepper

Direcciones

  1. In a large skillet brown meat; remove and keep hot. Drain fruit, reserving liquid in skillet. Add in coffee crystals. Cook over high heat 5 min to reduce and thicken liquid. Return meat to skillet; simmer 8 to 10 min, turning frequently. Add in fruit, parsley and pepper. Cover, heat through, about 5 min, and serve.
