Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Butter
  • 8 ounce Jamaican Jerk Spice
  • 1/2 ounce Tabasco Sauce
  • 8 ounce Tomato Juice
  • 8 ounce Unbleached Flour
  • 5 lb Chicken Wings, Or possibly Drumettes, Fresh Not Frzn Oil For Frying

  1. NOTE:Jamaican jerk spice may be found in specialty food stores.
  2. Heat the butter in a 2-qt sauce pot over low heat. Add in the jerk spice, Tabasco sauce, and tomato juice. Blend well and set aside. Rinse the wings under cool running water and pat dry with paper towels. Dust the wing with the flour and deep fry in a heavy pot or possibly skillet in about 2-inches of warm oil till done. Place the cooked wings in the sauce mix and allow to marinate just a few min. Drain off any excess liquid. Serve immediately.
