Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. oats
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. minced nuts, walnuts or possibly pecans
  • 1 c. bananas, mashed
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, (8 ounce.) undrained
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar IL Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1/2 tsp coconut or possibly vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lowfat milk, (1 to 2)

Direcciones

  1. In large bowl, stir together first 9 ingredients. In medium bowl, mix bananas, pineapple, oil and Large eggs, add in all at once to oat mix. Stir just till liquid is absorbed and mix is thoroughly moistened. Don't over mix.
  2. Pour into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 - 55 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan for 5 min. Loosen edges with knife; turn out onto cooling rack.
  3. Cold completely. Glaze.
