Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. ,water
  • 12 x Habaneros or possibly datils, minced and seeded
  • 2 c. Fresh papaya, seeded, peeled and medium-minced
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 3 x Fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 1 lrg Bermuda onion, finely minced
  • 2 lrg Ripe tomatoes, medium- minced
  • 1 tsp White pepper, freshly grnd
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper, grnd
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Cilantro (fresh coriander), chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Dark brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Yep, which's 12 Habaneros.*Do not* get Habanero juice in your eyes, and avoid having it touch your skin if at all possible.
  2. Rubber gloves are recommended.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 to 4 min. Allow to cold, covered, overnight in the refrigerator before using. This sauce should last several weeks if kept refrigerated. Use as a condiment on Large eggs, with grilled meats, or possibly as a dip with chips.
